ms.herrera,i thought nebraska's state crop would be like corn or something but i didnt see it on the papers you printed for us so i'm going to look it up later!
Have you visited some of the websites I gave you on your pink packet? Remember, sometimes you have to check multiple sources to find information that you are looking for. I do agree with you though, you would think that Nebraska would have something to do with corn since their college mascot is the Corn Husker! Good luck and enjoy your break!
I just got back from Tampa. ALSO, I'M WONDERING if I need to have 20 notecards and the ones I already have.
My other question is; Am I required to have exactly 20 notecards?
Lyric,
20 notecards are due when you return from Spring Break. Actually on the day after, April 8th. You have to have at least 20 notcards that show research you have done on your state. All of your notecards can't be about History or geography for example. You must have a few for each section of your report. If this doesn't answer your question, let me know!
thx ms herrera!!!
Ms.Herrera, I went on Google.com and typed in the question: What region is Wisconsin in (south, east, west, north)? The results came up and I clicked on a link and it told me North East. The website that came up when I clicked on the link was: GreatOutdoorsCompany.com/SelectRegion.asp. Do I set up the back of my notecard like this:
GreatOutdoorsCompany.com/SelectRegion.asp/Wisconsin
Internet Explorer
April1,2008
or
GreatOutdoorsCompany.com/SelectRegion.asp
Wisconsin
Internet Explorer
April1,2008
That looks good to me!
Ms.Herrera I used two websites on one of the history questions, so do I put both websites on the back of my notecard or just pick one of them?
If you got information from both sources and it is not the SAME information, then use both resources...you would just make two lists of information on the back of your notecard.
If it is the same information, then just use one source on the back of your note card.
Great question!
OOPS! I just picked a website!!
SORRY!!
I'LL FIX IT RIGHT AWAY!!!!!
Ms.Herrera I had a question!
I don't think Wisconsin has had any natural disasters!
So, what do I do!!!
